General Questions

Q: What time does the show open?
A: Gates are open to the public from 09.00am Sunday. The show closes at 5.00pm Sunday.

Q: Will there be a cash point on site?
A: Yes, the marshals will direct you to the cash point.

Q: Are credit cards accepted on the gate?
A: Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site.

Q: Is there a bar on site?
A: Alcohol is not sold on site.

Q: Are there food units on site?
A: There are many food units and a permanent on site cafeteria open throughout the day.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: Yes you can bring food and drink in to the venue.

Q: Can I sell my car at the show?
A: Yes. Passes can be purchased for £10.00 at the gate or at our information point inside the show ground.

Q: Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?
A: Yes there will be a photographer and more information will be found in our show guide.

Q: Are BBQ’s allowed on site?
A: BBQ’s are not permitted.

Ticketing Questions

Q: How can I buy a ticket?
A: Entry tickets are on sale now. Click here to book your tickets and save! Under 14′s go free as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. (Maximum of 3 children per paying adult).

Q: Do children under 14 need a ticket?
A: No they do not as long as they are accompanied with an adult who has a valid entry ticket.

Q: Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?
A: Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 09.00am.

Q: My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?
A: If you have a ticketing issue please call 0871 230 5577 or e-mail event.tickets@futurenet.com

Camping Questions and Accomodation

Q: Can we camp the night before?
A: There is camping on site at Whittlebury Park. Tickets are available on the day at Whittlebury Park. You can arrive any time from 9am on Saturday 1st September.

Q: Are there toilets on site for campers?
A: Yes there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs

Q: Are there showers on site?
A: Yes there are free showers available.

Q: Is there a family/quiet campsite?
A: Yes there is a separate campsite for anyone wanting a quieter area.

Q: Can I have a fire?
A: No fires are allowed on site and will be extinguished by security.

Q: Are there medical services on site?
A: Yes there are 24 hour medical services on site if needed, call 01327 850000 Ext 274 or the Marshal direct on 07934 441207.

Q: Can I park my car next to my tent?
A: Yes you can park next to your tent.

Q: Are there electrical connections on site?
A: Yes, there is an additional charge for this, please liaise directly with Whittlebury Park to order.

Q: Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home?
A: Yes you can bring any of the above but please note that camping is on grass.

Car Parking Questions

Q: Is there car parking available?
A: Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge.

Q: Is there disabled parking?
A: Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshalls will direct you.

Q: Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?
A: Yes, it may be possible for you to display your car in the Power & Style Awards section.

Club Information

Q: I want to attend with my club display at the show?
A: Please see the dedicated club link.

Q: What time will clubs be allowed access?
A: Club cars will be allowed access from 07.00am providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes.
