General Questions

Q: What time does the show open?
A: Gates are open to the public from 09:00 and closes at 17:30.

Q: Will there be a cash point on site?
A: Yes, the marshals will direct you to the cash point.

Q: Are credit cards accepted on the gate?
A: Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site.

Q: Is there a bar on site?
A: Alcohol is not sold on site.

Q: Are there food units on site?
A: There are many food units and a permanent on site cafeteria open throughout the day.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: Yes you can bring food and drink in to the venue.

Q: Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?
A: Yes there will be a photographer and more information will be found in our show guide.

Q: Are BBQ’s allowed on site?
A: BBQ’s are not permitted.

Q: Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?
A: As part of our commitment to make TRAX accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent DLA letter showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

Ticketing Questions

Q: How can I buy a ticket?
A: Tickets are on sale now – Click here book your tickets now or call our ticket hotline on 0871 230 5577.

Q: Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?
A: Entry is FREE for children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. A maximum of three children will be granted free entry per paying adult. You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

Q: Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?
A: Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 09:00

Q: My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?
A: If you have a ticketing issue please call 0871 230 5577 or e-mail event.tickets@futurenet.com

Car Parking Questions

Q: Is there car parking available?
A: Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge.

Q: Is there disabled parking?
A: Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshalls will direct you.

Q: Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?
A: Yes, it may be possible for you to display your car in the Power & Style Awards section.

Club Information

Q: I want to attend with my club display at the show?
A: Please see the dedicated club link.

Q: What time will clubs be allowed access?
A: Club cars will be allowed access from 06:00 providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes.

Q: My club pass/tickets haven’t arrived can you re-send them to me?
A: If you have booked a club pass/ticket via your club then you need to speak to them directly regarding your tickets. We are unable to resend tickets/passes to individual club members.

Q: How many cars does a club have to bring?
A: We normally don’t accept bookings for 5 or less cars. There is no upper limit but we suggest you call our sales team to discuss your requirements further. Click here for contact information.

Q: We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is this ok?
A: You need to advise us how big the gazebo is on your booking form. We retain the right to charge you for the space (dependent on size). You will also need to fill in the risk assessment and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your area.

Q: Can we raise money for charity at the event?
A: If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity (supply proof) then you can collect from your stand only. Anyone collecting around the site may be asked to leave.

Q: Can we sell things from our stand?
A: You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club.

Q: Can we sell tickets for a raffle or run a tombola from our stand?
A: No. This not allowed.

Q: Can I bring my pet with me?
A: No. Unfortunately the venue does not allow any form of animal/pet in the venue. (only registered guide dogs are allowed)

Q: Can I enter any gate with my pass?
A: No. To help with the traffic flow and the layout you must enter the gate that your pass says. You may be refused entry if you try another gate.

Q: What time can I leave?
A: The show closes at 5.00pm and you may be asked to return to your stand before this time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians.
