There’s no better way to experience TRAX than having an allocated club area inside the show. Club stands must have a minimum of five cars. Club bookings are subject to space availability and we reserve the right to close entry before the closing date. DO NOT purchase public tickets for a club stand, as these will not be valid.

Club Booking Deadline is Friday 13th September 2019.

Advanced Day Ticket: £25*

*Includes souvenir showguide worth £5 and TRAX SnapBack cap

Admission valid for one adult, additional passengers will need to purchase a ticket. 

Additional Show Add Ons - please note show tickets must be purchased to qualifty for additional add on purchases 

Camping Pass:   

Adult: £12 (per person, per night)

Child: £12 (per person, per night) 

Track Time: £35 - £45 (cost dependent on time)  

FREE entry for up to two children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional children £5 each. .

Please note:  Upon completing your registration for Club Entry at our events, you will be required to complete all fields relating to the vehicles attending the show. We will need the Make, Model, Registration and year of registration. Please make sure you have this information prior to completing your booking, as you will be unable to register without this.

Question Answer

How many cars does a club have to bring? 

The minimum amount of cars allowed on a club stand is 5, there is no maximum amount.

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions. If you have taken out refund protection please visit where you will be taken through the refund process.

I want to attend with my club display at the show?

What time will clubs be allowed access?

Club cars will be allowed access from 07:00am providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes

We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is this ok?

We retain the right to charge you for the space (dependent on size). You will also need to fill in the risk assessment and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your area.

Can we raise money for a charity at the event?

If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity (you will be asked to supply proof) then you can collect from your stand only. Anyone collecting around the site may be asked to leave.

Can we sell things from our stand?

You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club

Can we sell tickets for a raffle or run a tombola from our stand?

No. This not allowed

 Can I enter any gate with my pass?

No. To help with the traffic flow and the layout you must enter the gate that your pass says. You may be refused entry if you try another gate

What time can I leave?

The show closes at 17:30 and you may be asked to return to your stand before this time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians

Can I bring my pet with me?

No. Unfortunately the venue does not allow any form of animal/pet in the venue. (only registered guide dogs are allowed)

Is there a Booking Fee?

Yes – each booking will incur a £2.00 booking fee

Will the tickets and passes be sent to me?

Both the tickets and vehicle passes will be print at home. On booking you will receive a confirmation email that will show the number of tickets and passes purchased. No later than one week prior to the event the E Ticket and Vehicle Pass will be emailed to you, these will need to be printed and displayed for entry.

I have changed vehicle or registration, does that matter? Your vehicle pass will have your vehicle information printed which will be checked on entry, the vehicle passes are therefore non-transferable. If you need to change your details please contact our team on 01959 541444 OR please email [email protected] with your order number and updated registration.
